Individual, Couples and Family Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly with a licensed therapist about your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Together, you’ll explore challenges you’re facing and develop healthy ways to cope and grow. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, or other concerns, psychotherapy can help you find clarity, healing, and balance at your own pace. Together, you’ll start exploring the best ways to support your growth and well-being. Remember, therapy is a personal journey, and you’re in control of the pace and focus.

Under the guidance of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S), you’ll deepen your expertise in ethics, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning while gaining confidence in your clinical work. Supervision fosters a supportive environment where you can explore challenges, enhance your therapeutic skills, and maintain professional accountability, all essential steps toward becoming a competent and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Through tailored breathing exercises, mindful movement, and meditation, yoga therapy helps reduce stress, ease chronic pain, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. It’s especially helpful for managing anxiety, trauma, depression, and other emotional challenges by fostering greater self-awareness, balance, and resilience. Whether you’re looking to complement your psychotherapy or explore holistic healing, yoga therapy provides practical, empowering ways to nurture your whole self.
