Inspired Practice LLC Co-Owner and Clinical Director Dr. Jennifer Vasquez, LCSW-S is running for Delegate Assembly Position 4: Mental Health.

Dr Vasquez position statement is:

As an NASW-TX Leader, I will faithfully serve Texas and the Capital Area guided by the social work mission to enhance human well-being and help meet the basic needs of all people, with particular attention to those who are vulnerable, oppressed, and living in poverty. Using an anti-racist framework, I will advocate for equity, health, and human rights. I will dutifully champion the social work workforce of Texas, working for the advancement of the profession.

Please consider casting your vote for Dr. Vasquez for the NASW-TX mental health delegate. The Delegate Assembly is the representative, decision-making body through which NASW members set broad organizational policy, establish program priorities, and develop a collective stance on public and professional issues.

Dr Vasquez has served as NASW-TX Women’s Rights Committee Chair since 2023 and as Co-Chair from 2020-2023. She looks forward to representing the needs of mental health professionals and clients at the National Association of Social Workers.
