I desire to be a force for good in the world. The contribution iNSPiRED PRACTiCE makes to our local and global communities is measured by the equity and ethics of the company’s labour practices and purchasing decisions, and, the impact of community leadership and social investments.
Planet: Giving back what we take from the earth.
I aim to generate and live off interest rather than deplete our collectively-shared natural capital – known as the commons. Maintaining the integrity of the environment is measured by the company’s net positive impacts on air quality, water quality, energy and waste conservation. This also includes doing my part to nurture local ecosystems and promote biodiversity.
Profit: Paying the bills and then some.
I, like all entrepreneurs, aim to operate a self-reliant business and earn a living wage that reflects the value of my expertise and skill. iNSPiRED PRACTiCE’s economic success is measured by revenues, operating efficiencies, return on investments, and, most importantly, skill development and job growth.
