9to5 Superhero Starter Kit
This is how we get started.
- You fill out my questionnaire so that I can learn more about you and your needs. (I will send it to you once you connect with me.)
- I review your needs and pull together a mini-design for our Superhero session. I have a diverse toolkit to draw from but generally use the U-Process for strategic sessions such as this.
- We schedule a 2 hour Superhero session. At this point, we will brainstorm strategies to align values around enterprising, sustainability, personal standards and/or cultural intelligence with the goals of your organization. This session is customized for you and will help you to identify priorities in growing sustainably and then put together a plan of action.
- The following week, I send you your Starter Kit. This includes the idea harvest from our session (recorded graphically or digitally) and organized strategically based on the needs of your organization. I provide up to 10 meaningful recommended next steps you can use to grow sustainably. Finally, you get an electronic copy of my mini-action plan template to plug in those next steps and help you enact a new reality.
- Then you go forth and prosper. Or bring me into your organization to work with the brilliant team already in place and support your strategy implementation.
My fee for the 9to5 Superhero Starter Kit is: $400 (including tax)
