  • Promote a participatory and precautionary approach in decision-making affecting children’s health and development.

OUR PARTNERS

Among founding members of the Children’s Health & Environment Partnership are the leading voices on children’s health and environmental issues in Manitoba. Founding membership includes:

  • Campaign for Pesticide Reduction
  • Chemical Sensitivities Manitoba
  • Klinic Community Health Centre
  • Manitoba Eco-Network

Collectively, these organizations have decades of experience dealing with environmental issues, promoting the health and well-being of children and developing partnership-based projects.

OUR FUTURE

The Children’s Health & Environment Partnership will be the preeminent voice on children’s environmental health issues in the Province of Manitoba. We are initiating and managing relationships with key stakeholder groups to facilitate the effective advancement of children’s environmental health. Every child will have the opportunity to maximize his/her potential and be protected from the threat of environmental exposures.

The Children’s Health & Environment Partnership will officially launch to the public in Fall 2008. For more information, please contact Kristle Calisto-Tavares, Secretariat Director at (204) 294-0053 or k<at>inspiredpractice.com
