We are in the business of evolving communities which by its
very nature is avant garde. As a prerequisite, we bring unique
skills and hidden talents to the job. Our crew represents the
ingenuity of youth who are working across traditional sectors as
social innovators and creating their own opportunities.
 KRiSTLE CALiSTO-TAVARES, Founder & Community
Innovator
Kristle is pioneering the way to a new and more
evolved community. She has developed a reputation for incredible stamina,
resourcefulness, and innovative leadership. Her areas of expertise include partnership development, social responsibility in government, and sustainable enterprise. Before iNSPiRED PRACTiCE, Kristle was
the founder of the University of Toronto Environmental Resource
Network for which an annual award was named in her honour. Kristle's professional experience includes work with sister company Options for Success Inc., Environmental Commissioner of Ontario, Canadian Environmental Law Association, Manitoba Procurement Services Branch and the Canadian Partnership for Children's Health and Environment. She
is completing her Master in Enviromental Studies
from (York University) and has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Environmental
Studies (University of Toronto).
 KHORiE CALiSTO-TAVARES, Integration Engineer
As our young protégé, Khorie is developing a unique
integration of idea exchange through artistry and technology. He
is the creative mind behind the iNSPiRED PRACTiCE brand design
and website concept. A strong communicator using English and
American Sign Language, Khorie shares his ability to see things
from a different perspective. He is easy-going with a good sense
of humour and positive nature which permeates both his literal
and artistic messages. Khorie’s portfolio includes mock
magazines, comic books, logos, event posters, and website
designs. He draws inspiration from mentors and many other hip
young artists.
